What to Expect from Your Home Inspection
At the end of your home inspection, you'll receive a clear, easy-to-read report—complete with digital photos—delivered on-site.
If you’re unable to attend the inspection, no problem! Your report will be emailed directly to you and your real estate agent the same day.

All reports are prepared according to Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Attending the Inspection?
If you and your agent are present, we’ll go over the report together at the end of the inspection. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and fully understand the findings.
We want you to feel informed, confident, and comfortable throughout the entire process.

Termite (Wood Destroying Insect) Inspection Report
Along with your home inspection, we also provide a Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Report—commonly referred to as a Termite Report. This is a separate report that is conducted under a separate license: TDA 0670741.
With over 10,000 termite inspections completed, we’ve seen a significant decline in termite activity over the years. This decrease can be attributed to the education of homeowners and contractors, as well as improvements in materials used in construction.
Why the Separate Fee?
The termite report is charged separately because it is often required for insurance coverage purposes. Some companies may advertise offering this service "for free"—but in reality, they simply bundle it into your overall inspection fee. We believe in transparency, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for.
A Pool Can Be a Dream Come True—But It’s Also a Critical Part of a Home Inspection
While a home may be in excellent condition, it's not uncommon for the pool to require multiple repairs. During our inspection, we perform a visual assessment of the pool, focusing on:
- Structural concerns
- Mechanical systems
- Safety issues
If we find that the pool is in poor condition, we will recommend consulting a licensed pool contractor for a detailed evaluation and repair estimates.
Please note:
We do not fill winterized pools or clean them. These steps should be completed prior to the inspection to ensure a thorough evaluation.

Level Measurement
Foundation Measurement with ZipLevel – Gain Peace of Mind
In North Texas, foundation concerns are common—and for good reason. That’s why we offer foundation measurements using a ZipLevel.
This specialized tool allows us to measure the slab elevation and identify any significant movement in the foundation. When combined with a visual inspection for signs such as:
- Cracks in brick veneer
- Uneven door or window frames
- Drywall cracks
- Other structural indicators
…it provides a more complete picture of your home’s foundation health.
If the findings raise concern, we’ll recommend consulting a foundation specialist or structural engineer for further evaluation.
